Just outside the city boundaries on sunny Eastside, Facilities include a full kitchen, queen bed, bathroom,washing machine,fire place and deck where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
The orchard is accessible and you can pick fruit (when in season) A lovely walk up the road provides for unique views over the city and lake Rotorua.
If you are into mountain biking this cottage provides a relaxing base close to the Redwood forrest and its amenities. Heard about the Okere falls cafe? you are less than 7 minutes away by car, You want to relax... this is it.
If you are a visitor to NZ and wish to experience the way "kiwi's" share their holiday homes, Woodberryfarm cottages includes full linen and free WIFI

The cottage features a Scandinavian "Pod" The Pod will allow 2 extra people the enjoy the Cottage and surroundings, either as 2 couples or a family of 4
An extra charge of $65/ person is charged for the pod accommodation
The Pod relies on the facilities to be used in the cottage.

A cleaning charge applies for all stays. Your bed linen is commercially cleaned
Special conditions:
Campervan can be parked on site at a fee of $50/ night

Great hosts,nice peacefull environment, absolutely loved it .

The cabin was so cozy, clean, and comfortable! The farm fresh eggs, milk, and flowers were such a nice touch! The cabin was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and included top-of-the-line, organic, eco friendly products. We also loved Lotte and Maverick as much as they loved us! The location was the perfect distance from all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

Fabulous setting

The cottage was well equipped, very comfortable and caught plenty of sun - great for sitting out on the deck. The setting is very peaceful with surroundings of trees. Just the place for a relaxing holiday.

What a wee gem !

What a wee gem ! Secluded but handy to Rotorua both the airport & the city ( add to this a boat ramp on the lake) We had a great stay at very short notice !! Thanks Harmen & Barbara - awesome place - awesome spot !!

We are a professional couple with a property in both Island, we love our Rotorua setting as it's unique and much appreciated by those whom have stayed. Sharing it with guest means a greater experience is added to their Rotorua stay.

Why they chose this property

We often stay in commercials hotels or motels for work, been there done that comes to mind, so when we travel we like to stay some where different. Others we have met have a similar approach, this made us realise we could share our property with others too and make their stay different and enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

Log cabin style with modern amenities, 100% pure deep well water, secluded very private. The Pod is great for kids or younger people. Note the pod uses the toilet and bathroom facilities of the cottage ( 25 meters walk) see the blog of "not just a pretty
