We loved our stay at Beachfront Bliss Broulee. It was simple but had everything we needed. We spent allot of time on the balcony relaxing, eating, or just hanging out and listening to the birds in the trees or ocean. The position was awesome right across the road from the beach. We loved the idea of the outdoor shower which meant you were sand free before you entered the place. There are stairs to enter the premises that didn’t bother us but wouldn’t be ideal if you had young children or had trouble navigating a steep incline. Also there is a pretty narly dog next door that barks at you when you enter or leave the premises. If you are scared of dogs this also wouldn’t be ideal. Overall we loved our stay and will be back sometime in the future.

The property at Broulee was well located, a quick walk to a very beautiful beach. The house contained all amenities required for a restful stay, and was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom shower and floor need a good scrub. The oven tray was dirty, and covered with blackened food scraps, and the crockery required washing before use. The upholstery was marked, the coffee tables covered in glass rings, and some of the curtains and blinds need repair. I did not notice in our initial view of information on the property that we only had access to the top floor and would be sharing the address with others, although this was not an inconvenience at the time. Access was up a very steep flight of stairs, and this may have impacted our decision to stay had we realised when booking. Despite the issues listed above, we had a very relaxing few days, directly opposite a beautiful beach (although the water cannot be seen from the house due to the vegetation wind barrier).
