Me and my family love staying at Sandpiper Cove. We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed this condominium. This particular one bedroom was nice clean great location, right off the channel and close to the pool. The only negatives for me would be the price was a little bit more costly than I have had in the past with condos which were larger, they were definitely getting their money because it was booked three weeks before our stay. I would also recommend that toiletries be provided for instance more toilet paper than two small rolls especially when more than 2 people are staying for a week. That is really my only main complaint. Beach toys provided and games while staying in the condo which is always nice.

This was our 3rd time staying at the property, and I plan on returning. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was big and comfortable. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

First time staying at Sandpiper Cove after visiting Destin for about 30 years. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it, and the ease of communication with the host.

Nice getaway from home.

We have always loved Sandpiper Cove. This condo was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The shower was big and spacious!We loved it and would stay here again. I will add though if I had any complaint it would be the bed needs a soft topper . It was a little hard for both of us.

The condo was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. It was VERY clean which is super important to me. Sitting on the deck overlooking the canal with my morning coffee was lovely. The property overall is very nice and the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant was delicious! It is a 10ish minute walk to the beach but the beach service that came with the condo was super helpful (grateful we didn’t have to lug chairs and an umbrella!) Also the beach service was easy… just walk up to the red (office) umbrella on the beach and tell them your condo # and they set up your chairs/umbrella for you. No need to book ahead, but get there early (8AM) if you want front row (ocean view) on the beach. Getting in and out of the gated property was easy and the front gate staff were super friendly. We had a local friend visit a few times and we just called down to the gate to give her name and they would have a temporary parking pass ready for her. We will definitely be back!

great find!

I loved staying here! The photos of the unit are exactly as described. The bed is also huge! The condo is situated in a private, gated complex with private beach and has a beautiful view. I brought my dog and we had no issues. There are multiple dog stations with bags and bins for trash and leashes are enforced. The complex is walkable to multiple stores and restaurants which is a huge bonus. I would absolutely stay here again!

Gem on the canal

My wife and I have stayed at the Sandpiper approximately 8 times so far and found this unit to be the best so far. Extremely clean and well thought out with the details. We normally don't care too much about the decor as long as the unit is very clean but this unit was decorated perfectly so that was a bonus. It had everything we needed as we cook in most nights and staying on the canal was entertaining in itself. The unit is also centrally located within the resort so easy access to everything and not a long walk to the beach. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

This place was Great! Checkin was smooth, place was very clean, and had everything you would need for a nice stay. The canal views were nice with all the different wildlife to see. Turtles, fish, ducks, pelicans, herons……..All from your back balcony! Would absolutely stay here again!
