Amazing wee place. Perfect!!

The location to the Greytown cafes etc is excellent. Its a well stocked place from kitchenware to DVDs and so many options for sitting around relaxing.Cant wait to return in winter with the cosy fire and spa bath. Definitely will be back and recommend it.

Mid Winter Christmas getaway

A well appointed and beautiful little cottage. Very clean with very good beds and linen. The wood burner provided a very cosy atmosphere for our winter stay. An easy stroll to the main street and shops. great communication with owners. looking forward to staying again next year.

We are so sorry you had an issue with the key pad Sandra. We thought it must have needed a spray of crc but it did open the first time for us.......if you enter an incorrect number the first time and you didn't clear it will always fail.

Fabulous Cottage

The cottage is so warm and friendly the moment you walk in. Everything is available and the look, feel and cleanliness is superior. The gardens are great with many areas to sit and enjoy the view and the sunshine. This is our second stay and though a few years apart the quality has been maintained.

This is a really great place. Excellent location in Greytown, close to the main street but a block away from the heavy traffic and noise. The house itself was lovely, we really liked the incredibly spacious living area, with lots of options for seating and relaxing, along with the wood burner. The garden was also so nice, despite it being a bit later in the seasons. The beds were also really comfortable. What would've made the stay a 5-star would be a few minor things we felt were missing. Would've loved to have had better bath towels, the ones provided were more of a basic bath sheet. There were a couple of things we needed to purchase in the supermarket for our stay that one might expect to have provided (kitchen roll/paper), and some additional toilet roll was needed. How we described the cottage was it was so close to being top level boutique class, with just a couple of really easy tweaks in terms of the amenties provided. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Beautiful gardens Fabulous cottage interior / exterior Duvet in second bedroom - candle wick and sheds fluff. Found this to aggravate sinuses.

Sorry Elaine to hear that the duvet ( there were sheets folded over the duvet ) caused your sinus to flare up we have never received that comment before so we have filed it with another one we had where the guests advised us that the lights are not suitable for craftwork. If duvets and craftwork are an issue please do not book. No mention how we went out of way to drop off clothing you left behind at you sisters house .

We thoroughly enjoyed our Greytown stay.

A very nice place to stay. - both the cottage and the township of Greytown. The cottage had everything we wished for, and that wood fire was so welcome. It was really close to the action on Main Street, and made those shopping and coffee/ cake trips very easy to do. We can recommend a short drive to the Fensham Bush Reserve for a delightful bush walk among birdsong, and babbling brooks. We promise ourselves to return and discover more of the Wairarapa in the near future. - thanking you.

A beautiful cottage close to everything in Greytown.

The cottage is so appealing from the outside with well tendered gardens. Inside it doesn't disappoint with lovely furnishings and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bath and bath foam was a real treat and bed super comfortable. Excellent.

Roses on West

Roses on West is exactly as stated "on the label" - it is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed, and it is very handy to the shopping area. Communication with the owners was easy and timely. We would definitely recommend it without hesitation, and would happily stay again in the future.
