Just arrive and relax, modern 2.5 bedroom apartment located in the Ultra Chic Eleven complex at the base of Mount Maunganui.

Light sunny and north facing this large split level apartment looks directly at the Mount. Freshly outfitted with modern furnishings new carpets and trendy decor spread over two levels, with the main king bedroom bathroom kitchen and living upstairs and a second queen bedroom and bathroom downs stairs, there’s also single bunks in their own nook. An outside deck on both levels means there’s plenty of access to the sea breeze and summer sun!

Everything you need is at your door step. The Main Beach, Cafes, Hot Pools, Pilot Bay Harbour and Boat ramp are within a minute’s walk and with it being only a short stroll to the centre of the mounts cafe restaurant and shopping strip you will be spoilt for eating and shopping choices. Also nearby is a wonderful playground and many picnic spots. Mount Maunganui is home to 2 golf courses, Tennis Courts, Bayfair Shopping mall and Tauranga Airport.

If your wanting to stay in there’s a Ultra Fast wifi/fibre available as well as a TV in each bedroom with 50 plus Sky channels & Netflix. The Eleven apartment complex boasts a well-appointed Gym and wonderful roof top pool. Also included is a safe secure covered car space within the carpark complex with an electronic access key.

Special conditions: Maximum number of people to stay are 6. This property is not available for venues and because this is part of a multi complex considerations towards other apartment dwellers is expected. Minimum booking at Christmas time is 7 nights. An ideal setting at the Base of the Mount you are spoilt for choice with so much to do. Park your car when you arrive and leave it for the duration of your stay, as everything is with in easy walking distance. Enjoy the patio views from the living room or bunker down with the large tvs and 55 channels in each room. At Eleven Heaven you are spoilt for choice.
