The house had everything we needed to enjoy a week with family and the view is spectacular. Loved the large table for meals and games. Easy access to ferry to VT and to NY activities.
We rented for a weekend 84th birthday party for the family Matriarch. We couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque setting or a better-equipped rental for our family to enjoy and celebrate together. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations.

We are delighted to have hosted you for your special weekend!! Happy Birthday nd come again!
This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was well supplied with indoor and outdoor activities. We felt very comfortable in this home.
The lake view was amazing. The lake house was very comfortable for six large adults. The bedrooms were spacious and the common area very nice. The kitchen was smaller than expected but worked well for us. We were surprised ha ha.
Loved the neighborhood and location!! Had some nice walks. We spent lots of time on the big deck, enjoying the incredible view of the lake. We are foodies, so the kitchen was a bit small for us who like to cook, but had great appliances and was well stocked with staples. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the yard d!

Thank you so so much for trusting The View At Ryan with your stay! Come again!!
Beautiful views. Gorgeous bay windows and deck. House is on a bay with calm shallow water. Water was very low during our stay and easiest access to the beach was next door.

So glad you enjoyed your stay here at the lake!! We are reworking the original stone steps. This year direct walk-down access will be available. Hope you come again!!!
We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
The house was everything we wanted- a place for our family to enjoy kayaking, swimming, hiking, exploring and just being together to play games, cook meals, read and relax. The views from the house are beautiful and you really do not need to leave the deck, but if you do there is plenty to do around the area.
The location was beautiful overlooking the lake and mountains of Vermont in the distance. The house was clean and well appointed. The bedding and towels provided were comfortable. The host was lovely and very responsive when we reached out with a question. Could definitely see ourselves here again in the future.

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay here at the lake and would love to have you stay again sometime!!
Great location - could walk out in water a long ways, kayaking and swimming were great! House was very clean and had just about everything we needed. Beautiful views from the house. Was a great family vacation for us where we unplugged just about the whole weekend. Not a lot of options for grocery shopping other than a dollar general so plan ahead and kitchen was a little small but truly was a beautiful home and exactly what we needed for a week getaway with the fam!

So glad you enjoyed your stay here at the lake!! The dinning options are really limited. We have the same trouble. We're working on that with local grocery curation, chefs dinner experiences by the lake and more. Hope you choose to visit again!!
Place has everything you could ask for. Very kid friendly with a pack and play in one of the closets ! Great response time. Would return in the future. Had a great time even when it rained our entire weekend.
Our group of 5 enjoyed our four night stay at 22 Ryan! The house was clean, homey and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host Chiara was super responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. We especially loved the location - watching the large flocks of cormorants and ducks in the morning and evening as they made their way across the lake was magical. We wished we could have stayed longer. That view though!!!!

Thank you Jessica! We hope to see you again in the future :)
Very Pleasant experience, everything was very clean and well organized. The amenities such as the firepit and kayaks added to the lake experience . Beds are comfortable and house has plenty of space. Heated floors were a real treat on cold mornings
Sandy bottom goes on and on for wading, swimming and floating, and with their four kayaks, we enjoyed the water every day. Beautiful house. Small but efficient kitchen.

About the host
Hosted by Chiara Farcher
We are a family who fell so deeply in love with lake life that we stayed. The View at Ryan began as a dream shared between best friends on yearly lake vacations with our young kids — and it became something even more meaningful than we imagined. We have laughed here, healed here, and made memories that will carry our family for a lifetime. I am also a professional Interior Stylist and Event Planner by trade, so every detail of this home has been curated with real intention — not just for beauty, but for the kind of ease that lets you actually exhale the moment you walk in. We are so glad you found us. Come on in and enjoy the view.
Why they chose this property
Willsboro, New York sits right on the edge of Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as your backdrop — and once you see it, you will understand why we never looked away. It is the kind of place where the pace slows down the moment you arrive. Local restaurants are a few minutes away, Ausable Chasm and the Adirondack High Peaks are close enough for a day adventure, and Vermont is a scenic ferry ride across the lake. But honestly? Most days you will not want to leave the property. That view has a way of keeping you right where you are.
What makes this property unique
The View at Ryan is not just a rental — it is a fully designed lakeside experience. Every room has been styled by a professional Interior Stylist with the lens of beauty, ease, and true lakeside living. The home is cleaned exclusively with non-toxic essential oil products from my own company, Aroma Home, and every guest is welcomed with a curated gift package on arrival. We offer kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, yoga mats, and a coal BBQ smoker — plus personally vetted local guides and experiences for guests who want to explore the lake and the mountains beyond. Two distinct living levels make it ideal for families sharing the space. This is where your family's tradition begins.
