Incredible

We had an amazing stay! The condo was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for our entire stay, which made traveling with our little one so much easier. The appliances felt new, all of the TVs were fantastic, and the couch was incredibly comfortable while still being pristine and impeccably clean. The location was great, too, with the pool just steps away and the water park only a very short drive away. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation. It was the perfect place for a family getaway, and we made some wonderful memories here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly vacation spot!

We so enjoyed our stay there with our granddaughters. We went to the water park every day except one, but loved the pool by our condo.

Reunion Condo

A great visit to Florida and accessible to the Gulf and the Space Coast in about an hour.

Greetings Michael! We're elated to know that our spacious accommodations have earned a perfect rating! Between our 5-acre water park, three signature golf courses, and multiple dining options, Reunion Resort & Golf Club is the perfect spot for hours of fun in the sun. Amazing note that we're only an hour away from the space coast. Fun fact, depending on what direction you're faced, you might be able to see rocket launches on property. We recommend grabbing a spot and a cocktail on our rooftop bar; Eleven, for fantastic scenic views of Central Florida. We deeply appreciate the feedback and have passed this on to our team! Until next time, we'll be ready and waiting to welcome you back with open arms. Sunny regards, Your friends at Reunion Resort & Golf Club

Great Stay at Reunion!

My family found Reunion five years ago and have returned each year since! We prefer to rent directly from Reunion so our needs can be met on site. It is clean, quiet, and adequately equipped for a relaxing stay. We look forward to returning each year.

Great!

We loved the condo itself! Very nice! We are extremely disappointed with the amenities supplied upon arrival. No kleenex, no kitchen cleaner, no spare toilet paper, no extra garbage bags, only one role of partially used paper towels. Seriously, are you kidding me? If you are going to rent a condo and would like people to keep it clean, supply us with what we need WITHOUT us needing to ask! I know your policy about keeping the amenities lean until the guest asks for the stuff. Seriously, don't be cheap. These items are inexpensive. Property mgmt did bring by some additional items when we asked which was nice, but this was avoidable. We still needed to buy some additional basic level household amenities for our 1 week stay. Also, regarding household spray cleaner, we were told you couldn't supply it but maintenance would come by and clean anything we wanted at any time. So after we have dinner and want to wipe the countertop, we should bother your maintenance team? We almost did that just to test your policy but opted not to.

Hi John! Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us and for sharing your experience with our team. It was a pleasure to welcome you, though we're sorry to see that your accommodations did not meet expectations. I'll pass this on to our operations team so they can further review this. We hope your visit to the resort was otherwise enjoyed to the fullest, and invite you to please be in touch if we can assist in planning a return. Between our 5-acre water park, three signature golf courses, and multiple dining options, and close proximity to local attractions, Reunion Resort & Golf Club is the perfect spot for hours of fun in the sun. Family Vacation

We love Reunion Resort! Our Villa, as usual, was wonderful!!! Staff at lobby always so pleasant and helpful! Reservations also. I have a couple recommendations that would enhance the stay.... for the Villas you provide soap and shampoo, but boxes of tissues in the bedrooms and extra papertowels and toilet paper would be helpful. I know the water park was closed for renovation, but that wasn't scheduled until well after reservations, it would be nice if you offered some time of compensation since that was part of the package when not available after a reservation is made. Maybe a food coupon credit for putt putt golf or food or something. Also, a few repair needs: The entry outside light is out, front bedroom with 2 beds really needs a blackout curtail or blinds. The outside light shines thru the curtain at night and is very bright. The back door handle and door stop rod needs to be repaired. It appears they were damaged. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll be back!!!!
