We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that the pots and pans were not compatible with the new induction stovetop. The owner had recently upgraded the stove and was unaware of this requirement. Unfortunately, as it was Christmas Day and stores were closed, we were unable to purchase new cookware immediately. However, we made it a priority to bring you brand-new pots and pans the very next day to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Regarding the grill, while the siding had melted slightly, the grill itself remained fully functional and safe to use. We’re sorry to hear you chose not to use it, but it was available for your use during your stay. The owner was told that this would not happen, and it's clear that they were misinformed. The siding has now been removed. As for the cameras and beeping, we want to assure you that these measures are in place to protect our guests. It’s standard for such systems to beep when doors to the pool or main entryways are opened, providing an added layer of safety, especially for families with children. We appreciate your understanding and hope these clarifications help. Thank you for staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future for an even better experience.
