Description
Villa Rosalinda is a beautiful home in one of Cape Coral’s newest and most coveted areas. This home is located on a cul-de sac lot and has beautiful water views from all living areas and bedrooms. The lot has over 180 feet of waterfront. It has a split bedroom layout, twelve foot ceilings in living areas, travertine floors throughout, Spanish-tiled roof and is surrounded by tropical palm trees. Ten foot pocket sliding glass doors lead you to the oversized lanai, pool and spa. The lanai is over 500 square feet and has a sitting area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa while taking in the beautiful views. In the evenings gaze at the bright stars as the silence engulfs you. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape Coral while being just minutes away from Fort Myers, Pine Island, and the famous beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.
Cape Coral is indeed one of Florida’s best kept secrets. Situated in the southwestern part of the state, this canal-planned city has something to offer everyone. Activities are plentiful. Golf, tennis, boating, fishing and some famous beaches are all nearby.

A great home in a great location and with a great owner!

This was our third stay at Villa Rosalinda and we’ll for sure be back for a fourth stay. I guess that say’s it all. The house is fantastic and equipped with everything you’ need. The location is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and you’ll meet friendly people wherever you go. The owner, Bernie, is just great. He is friendly, accommodating, honest and so easy to work with. Staying at Villa Rosalinda is really quite a no-brainer. You just can’t go wrong choosing to spend your vacation there.

WOW!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Couldn't fault this beautiful villa - or the owner! We had everything we could have wanted and more. We spent most of our time around the pool area - loved the salt pool. When we could tear ourselves away, there were plenty of local shops, restaurants and things to do. But overall this was the best place to relax!

A home from home.

The villa was a little difficult to find on our arrival as it was night time, but once we found it , it was a true home from home, everything you needed , especially if you wanted to cook etc, even a slow cooker. Also plenty of equipment for going to the beach, so have a good look before you go buying bits and pieces as you will probably not need to get any. The pool and view from the pool is wonderful, however due to the heat wave we had there were lots of mosquitoes which got into the lani and the villa even though we kept the doors shut. We also got to see some of the wildlife swimming past the villa, jumping fish, turtles and a manatee along with lots of birds which was amazing. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here, we were very happy with our choice and would like to stay again in the future.

FANTASTIC!

We had an amazing time at this Villa, the views are spectacular. The whole villa is beautiful. The kitchen contained everything and more, you couldn't ask for better. Bernie and the management team were always very helpful and there if needed. I would recommend this Villa to anyone if your after a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings. We didn't want to leave. Thank you.

An amazing, spacious home - perfect for a relaxing vacation

Villa Rosalinda is an extremely well appointed home in a good location - it is situated in a friendly, safe & quiet residential neighbourhood. It certainly shows within the accommodation that the owner (Bernie) has given a lot of thought to the layout - the kitchen and master bathroom are huge and the outside lanai and pool & dock areas are exceptional. Bernie is a very helpful host and will assist you quickly with any questions or queries by phone or email - I cannot recommend him highly enough. There are comprehensive instructions for tv, music system, spa etc and the property was well stocked with all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery as well as bath towels and beach type towels also. The appliances were all excellent and comprised of everything required for an everyday family home. Echoing the other reviewers - there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and there is a 'welcome' pack at the property providing a list of nearby eateries and attractions. If your party are looking for all round 'outdoors' recreational activities, I would recommend Lover's Key State Park at Fort Myers - it is a drive but well worth a visit. So , if you have been searching for a property to spend your vacation, look no further!

Fantastic Villa and location

Having just left Villa Rosalinda this morning I just want to say that it is amazing. The space, decor and location you cannot want for anything else. The deck is a great place to relax and watch the jumping fish. Bernie was always great in replying to emails and ensured that we were all happy with a phone call. I would highly recommend a vacation here and definitely a sunset and dolphin tour with Banana Bay Tour Company....amazing.

Stunning villa

From the minute you walk in the door this villa certainly has the wow factor. Absolutely stunning. The furnishing are all very high standard and the villa is well kept. The entertainment system and all the high tech equipment is second to none. We loved the outside seating area and using the pool and hot tub. My husband enjoyed fishing from the deck area with the fishing rods that were available to use in the garage. There were also many other items available to use like deck chairs, cool boxes etc for the beach. The villa is situated on a lovely quiet cul de sac and has lovely views of the river from the back deck area. It is also near some lovely restaurants which we tried out. Would love to visit again, Bernie was very nice to deal with we wouldn't hesitate recommending the villa to anyone.

FIRST TIME IN CAPE CORAL

We had a lovely stay in Villa Rosalinda and the villa exceeded our expectations, we spent a lot of time visiting local beaches which were really nice, most of the time that we spent at the villa we made the most of the outside area, absolutely fantastic, the dock was large and the guys did a lot of fishing, while the ladies just relaxed and sunbathed, Bernie (the villa owner) kept in regular phone contact with us making sure we were enjoying our stay, unfortunately the music system kept braking down a problem that I believe has since been rectified. The reason I have only given the villa 4*s is because on departure the villa management company came to do an exit assessment and told us we had to pay a $150.00 extra usage of electricity! we have been renting villas in Florida for the last 15 years and have never had to pay an extra charge for electricity (we were not happy!) when we arrived back in the UK we spoke to Bernie and after some discussion he halved the charge as a gesture of good will!. If you are renting this villa I would strongly recommend you read the meter on arrival (the meter is situated on the wall on the outside left hand side of the villa) (we were not told whereabouts it was. apart from the electric issue we had a fabulous stay and will be visiting Cape Coral again.

Outstanding Property

My wife, two daughters and myself stayed at Villa Rosalinda for six nights in July. Upon entering the villa the first impression you have is just "Wow". The villa certainly has the X Factor. The Villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay with bikes, beach equipment, fishing rods as well as every possible home comfort imaginable. We found the villa relaxing, quiet and very comfortable. Cape Coral itself is a wonderful place to stay with some great beaches and restaurants only a short drive away. Bernie is a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be returning for a future visit

Lovely getaway

Beautiful Home

Wonderful family vacation

We staying end of August with my 3 older children and my parents. House was beautiful and very clean. We used the pool and spa every day. The house is supplied with everything you could need. Grear communication with host. Would definately come back again!

Rosalinda Rocks

The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We had effective communication with the owner and property management company. An added plus is a family of burrowing owls in the front yard. They are great neighbors and fun to watch!
