With private beachfront and large backyard this modern, waterfront property is the perfect getaway close to the city!
Situated only 20 minutes between Halifax and Peggy's Cove, this location is ideal for family and friends that want to explore the area while staying in a beautiful home. The house is located on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean, spend your afternoon kayaking around the bay, and your evening cozied up by the firepit.
About the Space:
Open concept living and dining, with secondary triple height living space on lower level with propane fireplace.
Three bedrooms each with queen bed and one full-bathroom on main level. Fourth bedroom private suite with king bed on upper level with amazing water views. Both bathrooms have standup showers, no bathtubs.
Large basement ideal for the the kids to play indoors. Boardgames and some kids toys available.
High-chair, pack-n-play, potty seat, and kids plates/bowls provided for families. Please request with your booking.
Outdoor dining and lounging in the large backyard which leads to easy, private rocky beach access. The house is situated on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean. There are 4 kayaks for use (shared with neighboring property when occupied), which guests can use to explore the bay. Propane firepit and solar lights provide cozy evening ambiance outdoors.
Enough parking space for 4 vehicles.
House Rules:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking permitted in the house or on the property
- No outdoor shoes or high heels worn in the house please
- No parties or events permitted (unless discussed and approved by host prior to booking, with agreed upon conditions and fees)
If guests violate any of the house rules, additional fees/fines will be charged and reported to VRBO.
