We had such a great stay at Seacliff!It is such a unique property and house, with so many different little nooks and crannies for you to hang out in and relax. Great for families if you want to have your own space, but also so many great places to come together.Dan has really thought of everything, it is fully stocked and we had such a great timeWe will definitely be back!

Dan has done a beautiful job building and appointing this wonderful home! We enjoyed the the heated pool even this late in the season! The kitchen is great, everything a chef could want spices and all! We cooked every day with the abundance of locally sourced vegetables and fresh seafood! Did I mention the location?! Wow!

Seacliff is a delightful place to stay. It is the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a rental house. There are lots of areas to get cozy. The pool and hot tub were great. We took some great hikes very nearby.

Seacliff was an unique, excellent property for our trip to Halifax. The views were spectacular and the house was comfortable. The house was full of great amenities! Dan made all of those amenities very easy to use and access. We can't wait to visit again!

Seacliff is an absolutely breath taking property with stunning views. I am not sure the website photos do it justice. I have stayed in many beautiful properties and Seacliff is in the top rankings. Check-in was easy and instructions were easy to follow. Dan was very responsive to our questions and requests and that always makes for a stress free stay. It was only my husband and I staying at Seacliff, but it would be a perfect place for two couples. We cooked breakfast in and I only cooked one dinner in the house, (too many amazing restaurants in Halifax) but the kitchen was well appointed. Also, the various outdoor areas were beautiful. I would like to stay during the summer months in order to enjoy them more. Views from the hot tub were simply spectacular!! I cannot say enough positive things about Seacliff and we will return in the future!

This place is gorgeous. If you are looking to stay in a beautiful home with delightful outside areas in which one can take advantage of the beautiful views, this is the place. A unique and fabulous home with a truly amazing vibe...don't hesitate to stay here and enjoy all that's on offer!

Lovely design on a hillside overlooking Halifax in the distance… Lots of attention to detail with hundreds of unique and interesting decorating items… Truly, a unique property, this owner should be extremely proud of his accomplishments.

Great spot to enjoy Halifax, amazing views

If you are looking to spend 3+ days in Halifax, this is an amazing place to stay. Coming for work and bringing my family for the cooler weather, we were torn whether to stay here or downtown at a hotel on the water. Bottom line, it was very easy to get downtown when we wanted for meals and shopping and strolling, and we were very glad we chose this spot. The pool for warm weather and view during the day and the hot tub and a view for cooler weather at night. No hotel could compete with that. The host, Dan, goes out of his way to support you and make you feel welcome. I’d never thought about Halifax as a travel destination, but I’d definitely like to make it back and will definitely stay here again if we do.

We booked Seacliff for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was everything we hoped for and more. The host provided so many thoughtful touches, including a great selection of coffee, soft drinks, and a fully stocked kitchen. The views were absolutely spectacular. We spent hours watching seals, sailboat races, cruise ships, and freighters go by, and loved having the telescope to get a closer look.The welcome binder was very helpful for figuring out how everything worked around the house. We really enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the ocean, and the boathouse was another special place to relax. The outlook above the house gave us yet another amazing view.We didn’t have a car, but that wasn’t a problem. Uber to and from Halifax was easy and very reasonable. We highly recommend Seacliff to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway by the sea.
