The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all trash in Bins on side of house. Do not leave any bulk items like luggage, coolers etc, -minimum $75 Fee applies for removal.

If you moved furniture, you must put it back If you removed Pool Safety fence, you must put it back

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Smoking of any kind, No Parties, No Pets, Minimum renter age is 21, All Children and Infants are included in Max Occupancy count!

Once Booking is confirmed Guest MUST complete online registration form & sign rental terms, we request a government issued ID to be provided

Security Deposit Hold of $250.00 to be processed by Host on guest's credit card before Arrival Information will be released.

Upon arrival, the home was very clean. I've received my instructions one day prior, so I was not worried about checking in. We had everything in the home that was needed for our stay. I'm very pleased and plan to book again.
