• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Fresh linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $75 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature.
Keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

The space flows seamlessly out to a premium aquatic complex—ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Here, a stylish swimming pool, private poolside cabanas, and a rejuvenating jacuzzi spa are framed by an expansive deck overlooking the lake.

• SONOMA RESORT PARKING
- Free on-site parking. Driveway available for 6 vehicles. The garage has been converted into a basketball court.
- No street parking.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
