Great experience and beautiful home off of Pioneer trail! Good stay and close to town. There are quite a few split level and stairs in the house, so caution to those with mobility issues or have small babies. But overall it was a wonderful home.

Home was in excellent condition and exceeded our needs. Everything was organized and in order. Host was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the winter time and the backyard had a hill we were able to go sledding on. There was also a golf course close by that offered snow mobiling, and stores and restaurants that were nearby. We would love to come back and stay at this home during the summer months.

The house is nice and big. There are plenty of beds for everyone, but they are full size beds and the mattresses dip into the middle. There are 3 places to sit outside, however 2 of the areas have dirty seat cushions. There’s a game room and Roku tv access. The neighbors across the street did not keep to the quiet hours. Overall, the house is nice and location is great.

The owner also recently replaced the mattress in the upstairs single Queen bedroom with a new Summerland mattress to ensure added comfort.  We appreciate your note about the patio cushions and will make sure they are cleaned and refreshed before the next guest’s arrival. Nice spot. Very early checkout.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a solid 3 bedroom home with a nice outdoor area and a very nice washer and drier. My only complaints are that (1) it's a bit far from everything especially if you're planning on using uber, and (2) the ironing board and the iron itself on the second floor need replacing. You can't even set the temperature on the iron so good luck to your clothes. Lastly, the 10am checkout is crazy. Nobody wants to wake up super early on vacation. I stayed at a Reno hotel for my first night and checkout was at 12pm. If you don't mind waking up early on vacation, it's a very nice place.

The house was nice and was convenient to everything in South Lake Tahoe. There were excellent hiking trails directly from the neighborhood.
