Overall great property and very clean! Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked very clean as well. Lots of leaves, was nice to have a leaf blower to take care of them. Game room was a great addition, however only 2 pool cues that need to be replaced. So thankful for the owners thinking of everything you would need. Especially umbrellas as it rained at the outdoor wedding we were attending! Loved the American flag flying from the front porch!!!Sparta is a sweet town! Went on a several walks in the area, had great hiking, shops and restaurants. Make sure you are looking at schedules as things are not open every day and close early! Muddy creek and Red Dog bar & bistro restaurants are a must! Disappointed in the booking company Encore. I requested a quote to add an additional day and was quoted a price, it took several weeks to get all travel details ironed out and went back to secure that date and they raised the price. I asked them to honor their quoted price and the refused, yet a week before we traveled they sent an email to add extra day(s) at a reduced price.

Great getaway - we will be returning!

Very clean with plenty of room and everything you need. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of nice extra's. Short ride into town. We enjoyed hiking and fishing.

Beautiful area, beautiful home, loved the much needed very clean jacuzzi and the game room was fun! The location from Stone Mt Park was only about 15 min. The fenced in yard was new and sturdy for the dog. Everything was perfect!
