This unit was built with a unique view that looks both down Lake Charlevoix all the way to Advance and also out the front across the bay with a view of Avalanche. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath lower level unit has all the conveniences of location and the advantage of being on the lower level. Excellent for year round vacationers who want to take advantage of being close to everything the Boyne Area has to offer and be within walking distance to the water, downtown and all of the activities.

We return to this property annually! The location is beautiful and convenient to all 'UpNorth' has to offer. The condo is immaculate and beautifully outfitted throughout. And the hosts are very responsive to any questions or needs. We highly recommend a stay here in any season!

Owners Patty and Al are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet! Their rental is always super clean. Location is perfect as you're right on the water. Boat slip is available. Pool is great! Only a short walk into town for shops, restaurants and bars. This is the perfect rental!!

The perfect getaway!

A beautiful, well-cared-for condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the lake with expansive views of the water. It is quiet and close to anything you want to do downtown. It’s a quick drive to Charlevoix & Petoskey. The owner was great with communication and provided all the details needed along with local recommendations. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the water view and sunsets. We would stay again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

A fantastic rental unit at a superb condominium complex. Very clean. Very comfortable. The unit had everything that our small group (3) needed for a late summer getaway. In fact, it was a pleasant surprise that the pool was still open (mid-September) and we were able to enjoy it, given the summer temperatures. I strongly recommend.
