Adorable home! Perfect for 3 sisters & 1 niece to have a blast! Anything we needed was there. So close to State Street & beaches & parks. We love the neighborhood & Santa Barbara!!

1st off we were very surprised to find that there was no air conditioning at all in the home. When I questioned the property manager about it they said it wasn’t a listed as an amenity. In 2026 we feel like A/C isn’t considered an amenity. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot or we would have been miserable. With the cool evenings we wanted to sit out and use the heat lamps but both of them were broken. Management came out right away but couldn’t fix or replace them during our stay. We understood quiet hours and on the dot of quiet hours the neighbor yelled that she was going to bed. We were talking but not loudly. We weren’t playing music or anything We did go in the house then. It’s a nice location and the house was nice.
