Property was clean, good location, nice hot tub on location, easy access via shuttle to River Run Village. There was a delay in communication regarding check in process.

Thank you for the review. We’re glad the condo was clean, the location worked well, and the on-site hot tub and shuttle access to River Run Village were convenient. I’m sorry for the delay in communication around check-in — we aim for prompt responses and will review our process to prevent that in the future. We appreciate you staying with Great Western Lodging and hope to host you again so we can earn that fifth star.
