This home is conveniently located in downtown Westport, within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, Upper Rideau Lake, and Sand Lake. The unique location fosters privacy and relaxation while reducing the noise from downtown traffic.
Take advantage of a covered front porch and a backyard that encourages relaxation with a serene yard and two private decks.
Ample parking onsite that can accommodate multiple vehicles (up to three) and a boat trailer, and includes the use of a one-car garage.
Free WiFi can be enjoyed throughout the property. The spacious, open living room is perfect for socializing and connecting, while the bright, expansive basement offers entertainment options, including a fitness area and television (connected to Roku).
Bedroom one is located on the main floor and has a queen bed, dresser and closet.
Bedroom two is located on the main floor and has a double bed, dresser and closet.
Bedroom three (master suite) is located on the main floor and includes an ensuite, dresser, and closet.
Bedroom four is located in the basement level and is perfect for children and youth. It includes a closet, dresser, twin day-bed and a bunk bed (twin top, double bottom).
