Everything from beginning to end was perfect. It was a clean and calming environment with an unbelievable view. The host has everything geared towards making it a wonderful getaway. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay! The cottage is well equipped with all the necessities and very clean and roomy. The lake is beautiful and the dock was perfect for docking our small fishing boat to allow us to go out and fish when we wanted. The private launch was a definitely better suited for canoes or kayaks as it would require a vehicle to back up very far to launch a fishing boats, especially in the fall. Thankfully, there was a launch just down the road,for 10 in and 10 out. We enjoyed our litte getaway here. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed both the cottage and the surrounding area. The cottage was exactly as described—well stocked, comfortable, and with no surprises upon arrival. We especially loved the excellent fishing and the beautiful wooded trails that made for relaxing daily walks. The private boat launch and dock were a fantastic feature and helped create some great family memories on the water. Everyone in our group had a great time, and the beautiful weather was an added bonus. We would happily stay here again!

Very lovely location, great if your an angler. Morning coffee’s chilling on the deck on the Bobs lake….perfect. Place has everything you’ll need. Only critique is the beds are very firm. We only stayed for two days for a wedding very convenient for us. We could have stayed all week except for the bed. Xx

Thank you! Our fifth time at Cottage Roy. We love the location, the cottage and the simplicity. Always clean, with every necessity.This weekend was rainy but we still had room for games, a fully equipped kitchen and bbq for tasty meals and the tranquil lake view with the visiting loons. A lovely getaway!See you again in September!

The most relaxing stay we ever had.

My wife and I loved the cottage! It was impeccably clean and the view of the lake was amazing! The sunsets were awesome! We brought our small fishing boat and the fishing was great! Having the private dick with electricity was very convenient! We would definately like to return in the future.!

Fun by the lake!

The cottage was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was on hand. Perfect deck to entertain on, then move to the fire pit for a cozy evening by the lake.

Short anniversary get away

Lovely cottage, deck and property! View was beautiful. The gates on the deck were helpful so we sat out with the dog. Kitchen is well equipped as is the bathroom. Thank you to the Roys!
