Code to enter the home did not work upon arrival. Very frustrating after a long drive. WiFi never worked throughout the stay.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble accessing the home after your long drive and for the Wi‑Fi not working during your stay. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient both issues must have been. Thank you for bringing them to our attention—we are reviewing the entry-code process and addressing the internet connection to prevent this from happening again.
