We rented a home for our family including my elderly parents. Due to my mother having difficulty walking up steps I chose a home that advertised a master suite DOWNSTAIRS. The home had no bedrooms downstairs. My elderly mother had such a hard time getting to her bedroom that it ruined her stay for the week. My 8 year old was excited for the pool. We had activities planned all week except for the first and second day that we planned to spend at the pool. We had no key card to enter the pool. After asking I was told multiple times no key was required. When they figured out that I was correct, they sent the key but by then we did not have time to utilize it. Then came the roaches. We did not notice right away. We had to throw away most of our groceries due to finding roaches all over the counters in the mornings. The beds have old mattresses and my daughter was cut by a piece of metal on the side of her mattress. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the home but it would have been nice to have a comfortable bed at the end of the day. At the very least, the bedroom downstairs as advertised.
