Hello Karen, Thank you for staying with us at this property, I am glad that prior to your arrival all the details of the charges were cleared up. Further to that, the pool lights work on a timer and are located on the inside of the house by the sliding door. This was informed to you by our reservation team. Since the home has washer and dryer, we only provide one bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest to the max capacity of the house. We hope to serve you better next time.
