Lovely property and generally clean and tidy. We had a problem with ants in one of the children’s bedrooms but this was rectified by pest control immediately. After checking we realised that the cause for the ants was sweets/sugar and cake under the mattress that hadn’t been cleaned so we decided not to use the room. TV’s and games consoles didn’t work in the games room either but we weren’t there much so didn’t really bother us. The resort itself (which is nothing to do with host or management company) needs to sort its self out. There were house parties until early morning at weekends and cars parked everywhere, both of which contravened the HOA rules that we signed up to and weren’t enforced at all. The noise and smell of cannabis was not ideal when you have young children.
