Vacation Get-a-way

Very clean, comfy beds, and nice splash pool. Very quiet and private, yet convenient to all attractions. Lots of close by restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!!

Great Property

Everything was excellent at this property. Location is close enough to all attractions but far enough away from all the hustle of Orlando. It was a very comfortable home.

Quiet area, comfy furniture

The furniture was good quality and comfortable (no IKEA here). It is exactly as the photos, nice layout and great location. A little further from the parks but quiet and safe and worth the drive. The back patio was a highlight with the enclosed screens and the plunge pool. We spent lots of time relaxing, looking at the trees and listening to the birds.

An Overall Great Stay!

Our overall stay was great! This was a R&R Retreat for our quartet group.The first morning we were awakened by four guys pressure cleaning the property. So much for sleeping in late. Other than walking out the door and a raccoon on the porch, our stay was great. The house is nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Sorry to hear the HOA started the annual pressure washing out on the community a little early for you, unfortunately that was a one-off and entirely beyond our control. Raccoons are everywhere here and are a part of our wildlife, especially as this home has the conservation area right next to it. So glad you had a great stay!

Gorgeous stylish home, great location for parks

We absolutely loved this house! Beautiful and stylish and very well equipped. Exceptionally clean. We have stayed in other similar homes in Serenity but the views over the conservation area from the pool and balcony made this home unbeatable. Good location for Disney, away from craziness but close enough to be convenient for Disney and restaurants on the 192. Loved it! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Gem

The place was well appointed and decorated, super comfortable and felt like home. The plunge pool was an added bonus, neighborhood very quiet and we felt safe as two ladies coming and going at different hours day and night. It’s an end unit which is an added plus. Fairly close to attractions but the traffic is what makes the drive a little longer. Will definitely stay again.

Highly recommended!

Having been a regular visitor to this area for 15+ years, our two week stay in this townhouse matched all our requirements and exceeded expectations. It was well furnished, clean, well equipped and the beds were also comfortable too. The key elements we look for when booking somewhere to stay is the cleanliness, responsiveness (of the host) and having good facilities with nearby shops, dining and easy road links - which were all met …. 10/10! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating when we required assistance and couldn’t have been more helpful. Having been to this community before (over 8 years ago now), it hadn’t deteriorated or looked even tired over that time and the facilities including the fitness gym (and communal large pool) were very handy. This community is quiet and not your typical ‘loud’ resort so was very peaceful to just relax in the townhouse, enjoying the outdoor space and made it easy to cook more here rather than eat out a lot. Highly recommend this lovely home. 👍

Excellent Experience!

If you’re looking for a nice, spacious place I would highly recommend this property. I had my father and 2 teenage daughters so it was perfect to each have our own bedroom and full bath. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the interior looks brand new. The pool was nice to have and it was an excellent place to come back to at the end of a long day at Disney/Universal. The owners were great to deal with and I couldn’t imagine our experience being any better. Definitely exceeded my expectations!.

Perfect!!!

We came here for a short get away with change of scenery and relaxation. This place definitely helped us accomplish that. The house was beautiful. Everything was within miles such as the Walmart, gas stations, Wawa (sorry we are from philly so this was great to us :) ), and restaurants. It also was close to the parks and international drive. Relaxing in the pool was so refreshing. The owner was great and attentive. We didn't need him for anything during our stay however I emailed him to inform him that our plane was delayed and we wouldn't be getting in till really late. He informed us that he left the lights on for us. Check in and out was seamless and smooth. We would definitely come back to this place the next time we are in town.
