Featuring a multitude of conveniences including an elevator, 4 decks (2 w/ beach views), wide open space living concept on the main floor, surround sound across the entire house inside and out. Ceiling fans in every bedroom. The Master and Princess suites have their very own wet bars including refrigerators and gas fireplaces, and all bathrooms have marble, granite and/or tile. The master suite also has it's own living room and sitting areas. Gather in the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, pot faucet, high end stove with double ovens and double sinks all surrounded by high bar sitting area with 8 stools to entertain while cooking. Adjacent is the living room and separate dining room with a coffered ceiling and matching tiled floor and rope accent lighting. Three zone heat and air and never run out of hot water with on demand water heaters. Included in your stay are 8 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, 4 bicycles, a ping pong table in the garage are just a few of the features this house has to offer!

Paradise in Brigantine

This home could be one of the best rental properties in Brigantine! Location is ideal for great food and local shopping. Beach is so close as is the great beach bar/ restaurant with great bands all day. Beautiful views from the many decks. The owners have put so much meticulous care into the house. Very clean and organized kitchen. We needed to bring very little with us because they conveniently include plenty of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach items. Been renting in Brigantine for 10 years and found this absolute gem ! Big thanks to the owners for making our vacation special !!

Perfect summer getaway!

Our family has been doing summers in Brigantine our entire lives and we have rented many different houses. This is by far the best location and close to all our favorite shops, restaurants and the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful house. Landon was great to work with. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We truly enjoyed it.

Family Vacation

The house is in a great location where we never had to use our cars! It had lots of space for our family to enjoy our time together! Host was very responsive to a water heater issue and we resolved in minutes!

Can't beat the location...block and a half from the beach and right near restaurants and shops. Perfect location for a family reunion so people can hang out together or be able to 'do their own thing'. Thanks, Landon!
