We've been traveling to SSI for our family vacation for the last 6 years. This is possibly the nicest and most up-to-date place we've stayed. The beds were very comfortable compared to the other locations we have stayed at. The community pool was also very nice for our young kids, with a ledge all the way across on one side and two sides of stairs.

Unfortunately this home has not been cared for by previous guests. It was obvious there have been multiple parties here. There is a STRONG smoke odor that hits you as soon as you enter the front door. Several stains on the carpet and upholstery. Stains, hand prints, and marks all over the walls. Thick dust on the ceiling fans and the HVAC filter (likely from the smoking). Dirty bath mats in all bathrooms. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels in the unit. In addition, the beds were all very hard and uncomfortable. The owner was responsive when made aware of the problems, however unable to correct the condition of the property due to the extent of the issues. We were VERY disappointed in this property, especially considering the cost.

Great spacious space and clean. One king size bedroom with bath downstairs (clean and spacious). Upstairs King size bedroom and attached bath was clean and spacious with huge walk in closet. Queen size bedroom and two twin bedroom clean and average size with shared hall bathroom. Kitchen was spacious with a six place table and three bar stools at counter. Nice outdoor patio area and two car garage. We did not take advantage of the pool area but it looked clean and the condo is well insulated so you did not hear any road noise or noise coming from the neighbors. We could not have asked for a more perfect place.
