The check-in process was the only issue we had. My guests (other house members), weren’t listed at the gate. That was an easy fix with a simple phone call. Also, the code to unlock the door didn’t work so I had to call the office again. However, I was able to access a key. Just minor issues once someone at the office answered and I was so thankful for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
