Clean and comfortable property in a great resort community

The house was very clean, had nice furnishings and the house layout was perfect — plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Pre-check-in communications were great (very responsive!) and check-in was very easy. The pool area was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and all the basics were provided. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice basic home

We had a good time and the house looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing was the dishwasher didn’t work and dryer didn’t dry well. House was clean and large enough for our group.

Great property

We are a family of 15 and had plenty of room. The pool is very clean and wonderful. The owners were very kind and responsive to any small issue. (The grill we rented needed unlocked) we were pleasantly surprised with a snack box too that my grand kids loved! The home is clean and beautiful. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect Get a Way for the family

This was a perfect for the 16 of us. Plenty of room, get pool and hot tub. The owners had a big storage container with pool toys and floats for the kids. Lots of space and areas to play board games and just relax. Owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Steven and Alyssa for the great vacation house.

A nice place to stay

We 4 families stayed in this place for about 7 nights and its very comfortable with adequate number of bedrooms. The home was very clean and we enjoyed every bit and moment. The home has a swimming pool and spa and our kids enjoyed it a lot. The home is in a subdivision/resort which has a good community swimming pool which is a very nice place to chill and relax. The host is very helpful for us and very responsive. Overall our experience with this home was memorable and would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

This was a spacious house and great owner who was easy to deal with during the booking process and beyond. The pool and spa were great to relax in and the layout of the home with 2 bedrooms on the first floor made this a desirable place to stay with our traveling group of 5 adults. It was nice to come home to cool and quiet after being at Disney and beyond on some steamy, hot days. Thanks to Steven and Alyssa for being so hospitable! We hope you have room on your calendar the next time we head to Florida to visit so we can stay again.

Perfect Family Home

Steven and Alyssa Toiv were great! Great communication before, during and after the trip. They were very helpful & answered all of my questions and concerns and the house was wonderful!! Extremely clean and spacious with no issues! It very much exceeded our expectations. Our family plans to stay with this resort and renting from Steven and Alyssa again in the future for sure.

Relaxing

We had 13 of us for a relaxing time together, 7 adults & 6 Grand-kids. The family enjoyed swimming at the house as well as the lazy-river. The House was well kept, we had enough place settings for all of us to eat at the same time. There was enough room to gather together, or spread out if needing private space. The Host/Manager addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner. Would come back and stay when family needs a relaxing time again.

Very nice

The house was roomy with space for our party of 13. Everyone had a bed with two to spare. The pool and hot tub were great. The kitchen was well equipped. The home was well maintained. There were a few hiccups, but maintenance took care of it, no problem. We would stay here again without hesitation. The management company were the best. Thank you Ted.

Family Vacation - Solterra Resort VRBO Home Near Disney

The house was great! We were a large group (Approx. 15 Family Members) with Adults and Kids (Ages 8yrs - 20yrs). The house was plenty big enough for us. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. The enclosed pool and spa were fantastic. The game room/garage was a hit for the kiddos. The resort community pool with water slide and lazy river were perfect for the kids. The house was close to Disney and other theme parks. Was a great place to come back to each day at the end of the day to relax with family! Thank you!!!

We rented a home here, instantly fell in love with the community, and soon after decided to purchase our own. We fell in love with Solterra Resort because it has everything families want for the perfect Orlando vacation. The location is ideal — just minutes from I-4 and 15 minutes to Disney — yet tucked inside a secure, peaceful gated community.

What makes Solterra so special is the resort-style living: a zero-entry pool with water slide, lazy river, and cabanas, plus a fitness center, café, playground, and sports courts. The clubhouse is only a short stroll from our home, so you can leave the car behind and walk over with the kids in minutes.

Our villa was designed with families and groups in mind, offering two spacious living areas, a fully stocked game room, and themed bedrooms that kids love. The layout gives everyone room to spread out — adults can relax downstairs while kids and teens have their own hangout upstairs.

The east-southeast facing private pool and spa are another highlight. Guests enjoy sunny mornings and cooler shaded afternoons, which makes outdoor time comfortable all day long. Unlike many homes, our pool deck is equipped with a removable safety fence and self-closing gate, providing peace of mind for families with young children.

We’re also just a short walk to the Solterra clubhouse, so you can easily access the lazy river, water slide, café, and fitness center without driving. This convenience sets our home apart from many others in the resort.

Finally, what truly makes our property unique is the way we host. As frequent guests ourselves, we’ve filled the home with thoughtful touches — from a Mickey waffle maker to infant gear — and we continually upgrade based on guest feedback. Our goal is to make your stay feel like home, only better.
