We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice beach getaway. The location was great—just a short walk or drive to the beach and also within walking distance of several bars and restaurants, which was super convenient.

This beach house was perfect for what i was looking for last minute. I was able to bring my dog which was my deciding factor on this property. Master bedroom was a nice size, but taking a shower inside of a jacuzzi tub was hard on my father (stepping into it). The lay out the living room and kitchen was perfect. I didn't like that we had to drive down to 77th street to check in and drive back up to 135th. Now adays, most properties have door with codes. I would def. book again due to the fact that it had everything we needed and just a fewblocks to the beach which was walkable for my son. Not as modern as most houses but also not as expensive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house. It was perfect and clean.
