Dear Christian, Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the house and its location. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking situation. We're sorry to hear about the fine you received and hope it didn’t cause too much inconvenience. We always recommend that guests follow the resort's parking rules to avoid any issues. Thank you for your feedback Carol. We conduct monthly inspections of the home, and no signs of pests were found prior or after your stay. While we didn’t receive any report from you during your stay about this, we always encourage our guests to inform us of any concerns so we can address them immediately. We certainly don’t threaten to charge cards, but simply ask our guests to care for the home as if it were their own. As for the pool heater and grill, fees are mentioned clearly in the home description before booking. We appreciate your understanding and we hope to host you again to surpass your expectations. Thank you and best wishes. Magic Box Vacation Team
