Everything was excellent except the microwave wasn’t working and the Tv in the front room wasn’t in good condition but the property was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed are stay

The home was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable and living area enjoyable to sit and watch TV and visit. The pool was nice we didn't opt for the heater to be turned on in the pool which we should have done. The maintenance company managing this home was very good to work with.

Early Christmas Disney

Our family of 9 booked our VRBO for a week! We enjoyed the game room and all of the space to spread out! The pool was so a favorite. We would stay here again!

House is in a Great location and in good repair.Slight stain on the lounge carpet but that was the only fault, it did not impact on the stay. Pool heater was v. good normally they just take the chill off, this heater was Hot !Air con. could do with some instructions, but it worked well. I would stay here again.

Wonderful large billa

We stayed here as a family of 7 adults, the property was in excellent condition with the kitchen well equipped and a very handy starter pack on arrival. The location was excellent for the theme parks. We had a small issue with the WiFi not working and this was rectified quickly within a couple of hours of reporting. Would definitely recommend this villa for larger group with 6 bedrooms, 4 as double and 4 bathrooms.

It was an incredible experience!! Such a nice property!

Overall everything was amazing. The only thing I would say would be that there was not a lot of parking. You kinda had to fight for spots during the day and stuff and leave peoples scars there to not risk losing the cars, but other than that it was an amazing property and everything went smoothly :)

Excellent location. Clean & fresh welcome. The big stain on the living room carpet was the only drawback. (I took a picture when we entered) Larger sets of towels & washrags would have been nice. We would definitely come back.

It was a nice house overall. Very cozy. My issue was that the garbage container outside was already filled, and we were unable to put our garbage out.

Family Favorite

This was the best property we have ever booked. The amenities provided were splendid— I will report one disappointment in that three of four Pool cues were unuseable and broken. The patio blinds were twisted and would not open until worked on adjusting them . We would definitely want to book this property again.

The house was clean and organized with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. It is in a great location, especially for our trip to Disney World. A couple of things preventing 5 stars was that we came home one night and kitchen and living room lights/tvs were not working but the host answered within the hour and they were fixed quickly. The games in the games room did not have complete equipment (missing dart pieces, net for ping pong, balls for billiards). Also, the resort is very strict about car parking. We had one of our cars towed in the middle of the night as it was parked a little on the sidewalk. The host of the house had signs up for parking but it didn’t cross our minds as important as we had gotten home extremely late.

It's a nice house with a pool and a game room. Its close to Disney parks and few local spots in Kissimmee. We stayed there for little over 2 weeks, and had a pretty good stay. We did not have much issues besides parking and the pool being a little dirty. The issue with the pool was fixed the next day so the management is good about responding back. You have to be careful with parking your car, because they will tow it away. The only other thing we had an issue was with the beds. The mattresses are not that comfortable and seem old. I don't think management can do anything about that. Overall, nice house and good stay.
