Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place.Spacious and comfortable studio apartment with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Relax in the private hot tub after a day exploring the Bay of Islands. Eat either indoors or on the private deck. Stay connected with free wifi and a Smart TV. The apartment is connected parallel to a larger house but is not below the house, which can be booked separately. Off street parking is available for 1 car. Only 3 minutes drive to Paihia.

Open plan living, kitchen and bedroom. An ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Total indoor space of 40m2, plus a private deck with a hot tub.

The driveway from the street entrance is fully sealed. The last section of the driveway is steep and has a corner which requires a little more effort to negotiate. Additional parking space for another vehicle is further down the driveway.
