The place was perfect! Such a nice property, our family stayed here for the week while moving our daughter into college at SCAD. It was so convenient to walk everywhere, and having the parking was really nice. I would absolutely recommend it and would stay again for sure. Kelly was extremely responsive while booking the property, but we didn't have any issues throughout our stay so we didn't need to contact her while we were there. Everything was great!

Responsive host, good location. There were some inconveniences with the property that in aggregate left us feeling we didn’t quite get our moneys worth.

The property was beautiful! We loved the original woodwork and brick walls. It had beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is wonderful, we walked almost everywhere. I loved the courtyard and on-site parking. This property has everything I look for in a Savannah vacation rental.

Great property, located in downtown. My family of 4 stayed here and had a great experience. Plenty of space to unwind after spending all day walking in Savannah. It's close enough to the sights. Would recommend staying here.

Great rowhouse located close to all of the shops and resturants on the riverfrony. The home was updated with a spacious, well appointed kitchen. The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating. And the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The off street parking was a real bonus. As was the privste patio. We really enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending this property.

The courtyard was a mess old keaves and weeds all over. The palm tree is completely over grown making it diffocult to access your car especially in the dark. The soaking tub had a leak, so we were unable to use it. Other than that the house waa great.

We are sorry for the condition of the courtyard & tree. It is scheduled to be cleaned this week. We also have a plumber coming to repair the soaking tub, next week when they had an appointment available. We would have liked to know about the issues when you were here so we could address them right then.
