Great location and place to stay

It was like staying in a private 5 star hotel in an amazing neighborhood.

The check in instructions was not clear or accurate. It took us 30 min to figure out. However, the owner was able to respond quickly via Whatsapp with updated instructions. Overall experience was nice.

The check in was painful as it was not as described in the messages. We sturggled a lot because the description did not match the actual mailbox we were supposed to look. The pin number was given late after several asks, we thought of moving to a hotel for a while as we were tired from our journey. But luckily the host was able to send us the pin.The description in the vrbo showed a third murphy bed with additional photographs and it wasn't available. When I pulled the bed the condition of it wasn't pleasant which made me wonder the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable.Other than that it was fairly sized apartment. for a family of four. Space is generally tight in Paris, but in comparison to the other place we stayed at this was large and comfortable. The apartment is bright and it was fun to have a pool table (you have to close and open the tops depending on the use of it as a table or as a pool table). The area is quite and cute away from tourist areas. It is close to a very old part of the city with nice restaurants big and small.

beautiful quiet apartment

Great stay for my family (myself, spouse and seven year old daughter) for a few days in Paris. Kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated having some extra space and quiet. Location was great!

Modern apartment with everything we needed

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to bakeries, grocery stores, bus stops, and metro.

Latin quarter apartment

The apartment is brilliant and was exactly like the photographs. It was very clean, well equiped and in a great area close to cafe's and local markets. The owners were fantastic when we accidentally locked ourselves out and assisted us get back in. Highly recommend.

Stylish accommodations among local residences

This condo is stylishly decorated just as pictured in the listing. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We liked that the Metro was only a 5-minute walk and also that the condo was situated on the perimeter of the Latin Quarter in a neighborhood where the locals reside. We experienced all of the crowded attractions, then returned to our calm neighborhood -- a perfect balance. Our only complaint was that the outside noise was disruptive on a few occasions because the windows are literally on the sidewalk and some mornings or late evenings people would stop for a lengthy chat right outside our window or the trash truck would wake us up. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the positives outwieighed the negatives.

Great space for family

For our week in Paris, we wanted a place that was convenient to sites and had separate beds for the kids. This apartment packs in a lot of features, including the pool table, which offered hours of entertainment! We felt very safe and comfortable, even though we had to keep the windows open for ventilation. Nearby parks and restaurants made the location feel like a neighborhood rather than a tourist district. Property manager was very helpful on the day that the apartment lost power due to building maintenance.

Un coin de nature en plein Paris

Une impression de campagne à la ville. Tout est là pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Un cocon parisien préservé du bruit et de l'agitation.
