Vibrant Vacay - Studio Loft for 4 with Deck, Wifi, Hot Tub & Pools

Colorful vibes celebrating the Smokies! This is a studio loft condo with artful, unique design to help you enjoy every moment. Effortless style with direct views of the Smokies from the top floor and thoughtfully laid out with several nooks for you to enjoy. You'll have to make tough choices like choosing either coffee or wine while sitting on the deck, couch or lazing in bed. Relax and enjoy a meal at the dinette set for two. There is seating for 4 at the built-in bar. We have 3 units all next door to each other, including this unit, so you can host 4 people each in this same studio loft layout. You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio loft condo designed for up to 4 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 3rd of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in on the wall on the main level next to the deck (what a view!) (counts as a common space) and there's a full / double bed in the loft (counts as 1 bedroom).
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

Getaway

It is a very clean place. View from balcony was beautiful. The only problem I ran into is that I had to carry luggage and groceries up three flights of stairs since there us no elevator.

Thanks for visiting! The listing and our messages all make sure guests know there are stairs only and no elevator. Although!...you get one of the best views in the Smokies from the top floor on floor 3. It's amazing!

Absolutely Adorable!

Had a week long stay spending most of my days at the convention center. Location was perfect! Easy acess to everything on any side of the mountain. The codo was clean and perfect for me and my daughter. The view was beautiful. I couldn't ask for a more perfect spot to chill and relax after spending the day in the convention center! Exactly as described! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable space with cute fun energy!

Perfect Solo Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay! I took a solo trip to hike The Smokies and explore Gatlinburg. The views are exactly as amazing as advertised!!! I felt very safe here which is important for me, traveling alone. The place was very clean and well kept. The building itself is older and my only issue was the door never seemed like it fully shut, but is a deceiving as it always locked & had multiple mechanisms in place to fully secure door!. When I reached out for the door code, a response was given quickly. My only suggestion is to have a Welcome sheet with information such as WiFi info, check out process, local phone numbers etc…(as my service was a bit spotty in this area. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Cute little space!

We adored the the queen bed built into the wall! I have had issues with very stiff mattresses before but these were wonderful. We did knock our heads on the staircase a few times before we got used to it. Internet was stable. The whole building seems to be old and needs repairs, but this is no fault of the owners and it did not negatively affect our stay at all. Just beware, no elevator! I got myself some exercise on our trip because this condo is on the 3rd floor! lol The view is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The photos on here do not do it justice!! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will not hesitate to book again!

Simply Breathtaking

The cleaner knows how to clean that’s a huge plus in my eyes. Def clean property. The view is unreal especially at night, looking at all the beautiful lots of downtown Gatlinburg. We saw a whole bear family outside the unit that was neat. The wood fireplace is nice and bed slept amazing just sinks into your body. We loved it. Only negative which is out of control is at night when it’s raining and wind blowing it screams throughout the house it’s so loud. But the place is absolutely AAA plus.

Picture perfect!

My Mom, Aunt and I had an amazing stay! One that I’ll cherish forever. My Mom’s one request when I started searching VRBO was she wanted a view and so a view she got!!! Has stunning views! Very comfortable and inviting unit. Loft bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t see any bears this trip but I have seen them at this resort before.
