Stayed here for one week for a family beach vacation. The condo had something for everyone. The little kids enjoyed the pool, and the big kids and adults loved the beach. As advertised, location was perfect!

We had a beautiful condo, the views were awesome, the rooms were clean, even though we tropical storm Bertha, we still had a great time. I had a few questions, they answered very quickly and without any run-around. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a nice stay in a beautiful property right in the middle of all the action. Tons of things to do & places to go, and lots of them within walking distance.

This place was amazing! We enjoyed the whole facility!! The beach and pools were so nice! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had to call maintenance cause our ice machine and the electric love seats did not work in our condo. They were unable to be fixed but they were super nice and I understand how other guests can be! Over all we had a great stay!!

We're so glad you enjoyed the pools, the beach and the friendly staff! We're sorry the ice machine and the power loveseats weren't working, and we're following up to get both repaired. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you back.

Great sized unit. Our family of 8 very much enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July. We even watched the fireworks from our balcony. Very clean. The only drawback (and in no way the fault of the hosts) was that the garbage chutes are in a room directly across the hall from the unit and the entire time we were there, the outer hallways smelled awful. The unit itself was not affected. Hosts are very responsive. Would stay again.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad your family enjoyed the spacious, clean condo, responsive communication, and an amazing view of the Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony. We appreciate your understanding regarding the common hallway area, which is managed by the building/HOA. Thank you for choosing BEACHBALL PROPERTIES—we look forward to welcoming you back! 🌴☀️🏖️

Unit needs a little TLC

I stay at the Phoenix every year for years. This unit needs a little bit of love. In the kitchen, there was no salt or pepper or anything. And in past, we've had little things like that left in the units. The air return is dented and broken. The couches definitely have wear and tear. The plug that is behind the couch has exposed wires. I think it needs a thorough cleaning. When we first walked in, there was an odor that we believe came from the garbage disposal. I hate to provide anything negative, but I think the owner should be aware so that they can address.
