Set among the sand dunes of Old Wharf Road in Dennis Port and overlooking Nantucket Sound, this professionally decorated three-bedroom, ocean view cottage combines classic architecture and smart design with the best of Cape Cod community living. This like-new rental property, built in 2013 in a lovely Cape Cod gated community that has received several building & design awards, offers ocean views from nearly every room in the house.

The property features a first floor master bedroom with private bathroom and direct ocean view. The upstairs has another full bath, a bedroom with two double beds, and a bedroom with queen bed along with its own balcony over looking the ocean.

The first floor features an open floor plan with a living/dining room and kitchen, along with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and SONOS sound system.The house features two front decks for separate outdoor dining and lounging. The kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect in a high-end home.

The luxe property contains many great features; a large 600 foot long private beach on Nantucket Sound which boast the warmest waters on the Cape, a large heated swimming pool, gym, and club house, and gated entrance.

There are plenty of local attractions including restaurants and ice cream parlors within walking distance and numerous other activities such as kayaking (beautiful Swan River tributary less than a mile away), paddle-boarding, windsurfing, biking (Cape Cod Rail Trail 7 min away), whale watch tours, Cape Cod League Baseball, fishing charters, bike paths, go-karts, mini-golf --all of which are only a short drive away. DON'T WAIT!! This beautiful property has always booked out quickly!

NOTE: 2 Week Minimum Stay per Heritage Sands Association - Sat-to-Sat Booking Heritage Sands Resort Fee (Listed as "Property Fee" $ 150 per stay.
Linens, Bath Towels and Beach Towels for hygiene purposes are NOT provided but can be easily rented from a third-party with drop-off and pick-up. Two local vendors are: Cape Linen Rental and Cape Cod Linen Rental.

Fabulous

We stayed here for the month of august. The stay was perfect. The beach is beautiful and the pool was great. The location is close to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and updated. Dan was very responsive. 5star stay!

Fantastic Vacation

The property is beautiful and so clean. The location is perfect and close to the water so you can hear the ocean. The amenities are wonderful and we enjoyed the pool, gym and private beach. Definitely a 5 star property.

Heritage Sands vacation

We really enjoyed your vacation cottage!!However parking is limited- only 2 spaces & very limited guest parking . Also top bedroom w/ balcony !!!didn't have a bureau for clothes & the laundry was small for a 3 bedroom cottage. Great location & very attentive hosts!!!

Fantastic rental

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 2 weeks (my husband, and our two children under 10 years old). It was beautifully clean and very tastefully decorated and just a few steps from a private beach. The beds were very comfortable and there were views of the ocean from one of the upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and cottage had an array of puzzles, games and books for us to use. Even better, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cart, kite, buckets and spades, etc were all provided in a compact shed next to the outdoor shower. The cottage is in a beautiful gated community full of other new cottages inhabited by friendly families and couples. There is also a Heated outdoor pool in the complex which our 7 year old really enjoyed. Dennis Port is a great location near great shops and restaurants, including a great bakery called Wolfies. Mark was incredibly responsive the entire time and made check in and departure very simple and easy. When I had trouble turning on the washing machine he responded to my text within a minute and called me to walk me through the process (it then worked without issue for the rest of the stay). We’d definitely rent from Mark again and come back to this rental in the future. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Mark!
