Brand new Ocean View Condo with private balcony! Beautifully decorated two bedroom condo with central air conditioning, sleeping 6! Steps away from a shared private beach! Decorated in contemporary beach décor, this home features an open floor plan, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony, offering stunning views of the ocean. Both bedrooms have views of the ocean, one with a large attached ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Close distance to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just minutes from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.

There is an elevator in the building to make moving in and out a breeze!

Please note: Swimming pool and hot tub on property will not be available for the 2026 season. No outside shower available at this property. House has streaming services only, no cable

The only difference was that instead of one sofa and 2 chairs, there were 2 sofas, which we actually preferred. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, modern unit

We were so fortunate that this unit was available to us last minute as our resort reservation did not work out as planned. The unit is modern, roomy, clean, and well appointed, especially in the kitchen. The rental office was very accommodating. Our only criticism would be that for the price point and luxury of the unit, there should be a king size bed in the master bedroom and the mattresses could be of better quality. We’d also expect there to be quality linens in the unit provided by the host. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable stay and we’d recommend it.

The toilets are not stable , seems to rock when you sit on them... need to be righted down, and the instructions for using the dishwasher are not clear for average person to use :-( The bed in the suite room is lumpy, heavy people must have been sleeping on it , there’s a valley on both sides ;-(
