Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury, visit online to view virtual tours/videos/discounts. Ideally located one block to the beach and in the heart of Pacific Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs condo has it all for your family beach vacation! Everything inside has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with A/C, TV, parking, and a shared enclosed yard with BBQ with a play area and another patio in the back. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. Beach/baby gear provided. Internet speed is 400Mbps.

The Space:
For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. This is a first floor unit with another unit above.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our condo is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach condo... just read our reviews!!! Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this condo. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance.

Clean, spacious apartment in an awesome location. In a matter of a few minutes, we could walk to all the bars and restaurants, the beach, the pier, etc. We also rented bikes to explore a bit further - up into La Jolla’s neighborhoods and down to Mission Beach along the boardwalk, but there was soooo much within close walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was beautifully updated, clean, had all the amenities we needed, was quiet at night, had a great patio to sit outside. Hosts were kind & provided great info. Didn’t need to contact them for anything out of the ordinary. A huge plus was being able to drop our bags off early so we could go start exploring the cafes & beach. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Best vacation to date

Our family of 4 (two adults, 3, and 1 year old) loved our stay at this location. It was so close to the beach and everything we wanted to walk to. Also, not a far drive from San Diego zoo and downtown. They had everything you could need for the beach and kids (stroller/wagon). The front gated patio area was a fun place to eat and play with the kids. We will definitely stay here from now on every-time we visit California!

Great house, great location

This is the second of Stephanie's properties we have stayed in over the years, and it was a great experience. The place is meticulously cleaned and maintained and the location is awesome! Five minute walk to the beach, and tons of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. Walk to Ralphs for any provisions you need and then chill on the front patio. My only criticism would be the noise level, but it's nothing that can be helped. The neighborhood is very active, especially on weekend evenings. The unit is also downstairs, so you can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors moving around. It didn't bother us at all, but if you're very sensitive to noise, this might not be the best neighborhood for you. Overall a terrific experience, as always. We won't stay with any other host when in San Diego. Thanks Stephanie and team!

Tolles Appartement in Strandnähe

Tolles Appartement in toller Lage in Pacific Beach. 3 Minuten zu Fuß an den Pazifikstrand. Restaurants und Bars ebenso schnell zu erreichen. Im Appartment gab es eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Strandutensiluen sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Property was clean and tidy. Upstairs, heavy walking, running, a little too much upstairs noise. Streets near the beach littered with gum stuck to sidewalks, pretty dirty. Has never been to San Diego before and Pacific beach area is not my idea of an ideal location for families. Just my opinion…
