Our charming holiday villa is located directly on the water in the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best and most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico by sports boat.
From the elegant open living area, consisting of kitchen, living room and dining room, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful pool, the tropical garden and the immediately adjacent saltwater canal. Three bedrooms with two separate bathrooms make the vacation for families up to 6 people. pleasant. Of course the sat. Air-conditioned living area.

The fully equipped kitchen (with completely new electrical appliances) has a comfortable counter with bar stools where you can have a drink or a snack, or just to meet your loved ones the preparation of a fine meal, to keep company. Two dining options offer you all the options for a relaxed or elegant dinner. In the living area you will find a writing and working area (incl. high-speed Internet connection), as well as our comfortable seating area, where you can spend relaxing hours in front of the television.

We calculate the power consumption at USD 0.18 per KW/h from. A security deposit of $15 per day is required and will be held on your credit card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be calculated based on your energy consumption after your stay.

The property was clean and as stated on the VRBO app. The property manager checked with us the first day to be sure everything was in order and we understood the property operations. It was in a great location for our travel baseball tournament. We would stay again if we were to return to the area.

Burrowing owls and great walking area!

The property is in a great neighborhood with burrowing owls next door and across the street. The pool/hot tub are wonderful. The dock with boat lift is very convenient. The owner (Josef) and manager (Scen) were very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!

My kind of place.

My bride and I both really like the home, We felt comfortable and the place had a warm feeling. We had stayed in larger homes but this place was great. We would consider renting this home again in the future. The Property manager was very friendly and easy going.

Amazing place

This was a amazing property to stay at. Everything was clean and ready for vacation with ease. Pool was amazing, had some pool toys, we purchased some and left them for others to use. Fishing in the canal was fun, was hot during our stay so bites were far and few between. Seen manatees swimming the canal so that was cool. Would definitely and will stay here again.

The property was excellent. Very well kept and comfortable. Property Manager, Sven and his associate Chris were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a medical emergency and they were able to help us extend our stay. Also, I might note that Cape Coral Hospital was excellent with the best care and employees we have experienced.

25th Year Anniversary Get Away

We enjoyed ourselves, only thing was the pool with cold water, it was a heated pool, but we were not able to warm it. It also rained a lot, and that kept the pool cold. Everything else was great. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to visit beautiful Cape Coral.

Property was as listed. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy time away from the cold Midwest. Very safe neighborhood and great amenities in the rental for us to enjoy. Easy communication with property manager. The only thing I would suggest is more living room furniture so our whole family could sit and watch a movie.

We are a bit irritated by your reviews and the points you mentioned. When we asked the property manager, we were told that no defects had been reported. Why didn't you contact the property manager or me about this? We checked the things complained about and we couldn't find any malfunctions or defects. Great Vacation Home

This was a wonderful place to stay while on vacation. The house had everything we needed and we were even greeted with a bottle of wine as well. The only thing that stood out to me was the check in process. I received an email in German with directions to the property, though there was no information about accessing the rental. I did reach out to the property manager and received a code soon after and everything was taken care of at that point. We were greeted by a man the next morning after our arrival and he asked us if we had any questions and went over things in the area and gave great suggestions on things to check out during our visit. The property manager reached out during the stay to ensure everything was going well with the home. The home is in a great location close to everything, including a restaurant on the beach in the back of the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying at the home if you are looking for a place in or near Cape Coral.

Nice place, but too many surprises

This property sits in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. Aside from that I was disappointed in the whole arrangement. I was charged a foreign currency fee since the owner lives outside of the us. This was not disclosed before appearing on my bank statement. Also not disclosed is the fact that you will pay for all electric usage during your stay. You find that out when you arrive at the house and read the manual of house rules. Another surprise when we arrived after a long day in the car was that we weren’t allowed to use the pool at night. Very disappointing to be sure. Even more disappointing, the next day we found the pool pump hadn’t run in several days as there was a layer of gnats on the pools and the corners were developing algae. Beware, several of the amenities listed aren’t actually available to you.

Die Villa Sophie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber.Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter und die Verwalter waren äußerst sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Lage! Ideal für Bootsfahrer!

Die Lage des Objekts ist super. Ideal wenn man Boot fahren möchte! Allerdings kann man das Ferienhaus nicht wie die Bewertung außergewöhnlich nennen! Die Outdoormöbel sollten unbedingt erneuert werden. Hier fehlt auch eine gemütliche Lounge. Innen war alles sehr sauber und okay. Außen ein wenig dreckig im Bereich vom Grill. Der Bootsanleger bzw. Steg sollte demnächst auch erneuert werden! Schade war, dass der Poolservice in 16 Tagen nur 1x kam. Der Pool war dann schon ziemlich dreckig. Mit dem Service von der Hausverwaltung waren wir sonst sehr zufrieden. An einem Tag mit 33 C ist die Klima ausgefallen. Es wurde sich gleich darum gekümmert. Der Service kam zwar erst um 22 Uhr, aber er hat es noch am gleichen tag behoben!
