PRIVATE POOL (not heated) equipped with floats/rafts, and an outdoor screen room perfect for picnics.
- FULL KITCHEN that has everything you will need for cooking, including a microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
- FREE: coffee, tea, sugar, and powder creamer to get you started
- BEDS: plenty of space to sleep 10 people comfortably, including 2 king beds and a queen bed, a spare rollaway twin cot, a blow up mattress, and 2 full length couches.
- WASHER and DRYER for stays over a week.
- TV: there are 2 TVs with local channels, as well as Roku for Netflix, Hulu, etc. and DVD/blu-ray players.
- KEYLESS ENTRY: this makes it easier on our guests, so arriving late will not be a problem.
