The perfect 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom getaway for any time of the year. Located in a private gated entrance, this spacious home is tucked into a quiet and manicured neighborhood.

Enjoy the beautiful desert landscape in your private backyard oasis! While soaking up the sun, lounge by the Pool and Jacuzzi. For our chilly desert nights, heated Pool and Jacuzzi is available as you won’t want to miss Arizona’s colorful one-of-a-kind sunsets. This property lies along the golf course which is a unique quality that sets this property apart from other rentals. This home has a gas grill for those nights you'd rather not make a mess in the fully equipped kitchen, and you can dine in the open air at the patio dining table. This home is great for entertaining guest of any size with numerous options on family rooms and dining rooms.

2 Large Master Suites! Both with its own private entrance to the backyard. One having its own walk-in closet, large bathroom with separate shower, jetted soaking tub, and second private door to open a secluded patio.

If you're in town for spring training, football, or attempting your next hole-in-one on Scottsdale's world-famous golf courses. This home has quick access to the 101 and 51 freeway. Countless places for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking, you won’t run out of adventures in the great outdoors during your stay!

There is an additional $75 a day to heat the pool and $35 a night to heat the spa. Scheduled heating times for the pool are 9am-4pm then the spa 5pm-10pm. The pool essentially stays warm throughout the day and evening. Cools down a little at night but heats right back up for the day. We can't run both at the same time but spa would be pool temp during the day. Pool light is scheduled to turn off at 10pm. If any scheduled times need to be adjusted, please send request before booking.

Please note that parties are not allowed in this home. If you throw a party, have more people in the home than scheduled, or receive noise complaints between 9pm and 9am, you will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding families. We are excited to host you and wish you the best time!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and could not recommend the property more! The two master suites were exactly as described and our family of 5 adults definitely enjoyed having their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and all of the rooms were very comfortable. The backyard oasis was absolutely stunning and we took full advantage of it most days. We hope to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful home!

House was just what we needed after 12 days active days of hiking in National parks and Sedona. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space for meals. The house was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely visit again!

Another fabulous vacation in Paradise

This is my 5th vacation at this wonderful property. It is the most relaxing place I have ever been fortunate enough to stay in with a wonderful private garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property has every amenity on site that I need. It is close to supermarkets, stores and restaurants. The property manager, Teresa, is wonderful to work with and is always very responsive and helpful. I am already looking forward to coming on my next vacation.

Loved this paradise

I absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of room and an absolutely gorgeous large yard. We were in the city but it felt so private! There aren’t too many homes that I would like to rent again… But this is definitely one of them. You can’t go wrong.

Backyard pool area was super nice. Very relaxing. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the palm trees drinking our morning coffee. Rooms were nice and spacious. The Perfect Getaway House

The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was perfect upon arrival and Teresa was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and back yard were just amazing. The inside of the house is really roomy and has all the comforts of home. The house is in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This centrally located property has easy access to shops, restaurants, cultural sites and hiking trails - plus a lovely back yard nicely landscaped to relax and unwind. Property management very accommodating- replaces a defective coffee maker in one day! We’d return in a heartbeat.

Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we had the AC and plumbing go out on us during our stay. The property manager did promise us a small refund (2 nights), which i think is fair.

Biggest disappointment ever!

This property was so disappointing we actually left and rented a beautiful VRBO around the corner. Bare bones and uncomfortable. One tv in the entire house, mold in the showers. Very strict only heat the pool from 9-4, only can use the hot tub from 5-9 for a significant daily fee. It was so nothing we weren’t going to ruin our vacation so we just paid for the other house rather than stay there.

nice, clean, great location, great pool.

This house was in the best location if you like hiking, shopping, and bumming around. it was perfect for this. The master suite bed was sooo comfortable! The large space was great for a family with teens. Very spacious. the layout of the house is great. There were also fruit trees so it was fun to squeeze fresh lemon in to water every day. My only negative feedback was the house smells like mothballs too much. I bought spray, but our clothes still smelled when we came home. The smell took away from the house. I wish we could have opened the windows to air it out. We also paid extra to heat the hot tub, but it was tepid at best. The pool was always warmer. But the pool was heated perfectly.
