Welcome to "The Red Door Beach Cottage"! A private beach house on world-famous Cocoa Beach. A short 1-minute walk to the beach and sitting in the most ideal location for your family "Getaway".

This charming beach house has 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms plus all the amenities you and your guests need for a relaxing vacation.

Joel & Tamara, experienced hosts are excited to announce their newest vacation rental "The Red Door Beach Cottage" is officially open and taking reservations. But hurry we expect to fill the calendar fast like our other beach homes!

The Red Door Beach Cottage is great for families or gatherings! In 2020 it was completely renovated featuring new everything! New appliances, granite countertops furniture, and decorations! Plenty of space to stretch out and relax in this tastefully decorated home. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably all in beds.

Everything you need with beach access right across the street makes this beautiful beach home just the right vacation paradise!

Lots of amenities like a Washer/Dryer, Kuerig Coffee Maker, Patio, extra-large fully equipped kitchen, and terrazzo floor. This unit has 4 HDTVs with Roku players so you can connect your favorite streaming services.

This vacation getaway allows you to unwind with lots of privacy while being just moments away from the beach! Equipped with a fully functional security system for your protection and peace of mind!

All beach gear provided including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, and more.

Our guests also have access to 4 beach cruiser bicycles so you can cruise around town like a local!

A Few Important Things To Understand Before Booking...

- This property does NOT allow parties and we are very strict on this rule. The inside and outside of our house is equipped with NoiseAware decibel detectors.

- This property does NOT allow smoking inside or outside the property except in one designated smoking area in the backyard.

- The occupancy limit is 8 total. There is no flexibility on this as it is city law.

- 2 parking places available in the driveway. No parking on the street as per city laws.

- The property has active video monitoring on the outside perimeters of the property

- After you book this property you will also need to digitally sign our short-term vacation rental contract as required by city law (Don't worry it's easy).

Please note: A separate rental agreement signing is required to confirm this booking. Guests must provide a mailing address for the contract via our secure guest portal.

Mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $150 required for stays longer than 13 days (charged separately). This ensures a 5-star experience by providing fresh linens and a sanitized space, maintaining the home's high standards for you and future guests.

Insurance: We strictly follow our cancellation policy and highly recommend travel insurance in case your plans change.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage! We were super close to the beach on a wonderful quiet residential street, totally relaxing! The owners communication and additional amenities of the house was wonderful. Bikes and grill were provided and we were able to make use of those. Biking on the beach in the morning was an unexpected added bonus. The neighbors were friendly and made us feel like we were at home. Can't wait to visit again!

This location was perfect for anyone looking to visit cocoa beach. Close to the beach and everything it has to offer. Very walkable to just about everything. Host handled a minor issue with the door code pretty quickly.

Great location

Tris is a great property. While it is a bit off the beach, I found it to be a great spot. All the stuff you need for the beach also provided. We would definitely rebook when we decide on cocoa beach again

Perfect little beach house!

This house is perfectly located on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk from the beach and the pier. It is very easy to find and is located close to several stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon that was available for us to use. I hope to stay there again in the future!

Nice beach cottage!

The cottage was cozy and had all the conveniences you might need. Nice sitting area out back with a large, fenced in yard. Most importantly, it is very close to the beach, a short walk of about one block. There were beach chairs and some beach toys in the garage as well. Really enjoyed our two night stay.

Beautiful home! Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood!! The owners were awesome with answering questions and communication! The location was PERFECT! Quick and easy beach access! We walked to the pier several times. The food and drinks were yummy! The home has everything you need to take to the beach! We loved riding the bicycle's around the area! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family

We needed a place close to the beach where we could easily come and go— this house was perfect! Only one shower for everyone to share so everyone needs to be patient but we’re pretty laid back so it wasn't a problem. Easy to communicate issues that came up and quick responses every time. We’d love to come back and stay again & again!

Perfect Place!

We really loved everything about the property. The house, the back yard, outside showers, and being so close to the beach we’re just a few of the things that made it perfect! The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. The garage was great to store our things and had all the complimentary beach supplies we could need and more. The hammock became everyone’s favorite outside place. We played football in the back yard a lot, corn hole, and had some quality time on the patio just chatting. The beach is right across the street, not too crowded and the pier is very close by. Joel and Tamara were thoughtful and kind in their planning for us. We’d definitely love to come back again.

Little House near the beach

This very nice house suited our stay just fine. Easy communication with owners. House was clean, beds comfortable. AC worked great. Yard well kept. TVs had small screens but one in every bedroom and one in the living room. We had difficulties with the remote not working in the living room, but accomodated for that. There is a Keurig in the kitchen, not a coffee pot for those who drink coffee. Adequate kitchen ware. Overall comfortable stay. Only one indoor tub/shower. Outside shower perfect for after the beach. The beach access is around the corner, up one block (north). I easliy recommend the place to those who enjoy a quiet, laid back stay next to the beach.

Great location, loved the house

Great stay, had pretty much everything you need or could want, which I have not always found especially for kitchen/outside, so that was awesome! Beds were okay comfortable wise, great if you like a firmer mattress. No bugs in the house! Bikes were not usuable unfortunately, but wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, toys; everything you need for the beach was available and it is a short walk. There was some mold on the shower curtain and mold where the ice comes out of the fridge door, the rugs needed to be cleaned, I had to put a towel over the one in the bedroom it was so bad. I wanted to vacuum but that was questionable, they definitely need a new vacuum. Just a few cleanliness things, lots of notes/rules, some helpful, a little excessive. The negatives were minor and can be easily fixed. ***Do be aware the neighbor keeps his boat here and goes into the backyard to use the hose, he did knock and let us know first.

We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The house was in great condition in a great location on a side street but close to everything we wanted. We walked to the ocean with miles of nice beach. Groceries, shopping, dining and entertainment were all within minutes of the house. We even had a rocket launch visible from there! Our stay in Cocoa Beach was better than we hoped for. Thank you!

Great location!

The location and the home were great! Would definitely stay again. The home has all you need and more, beach chairs, coolers, beach buggy, beach umbrellas and lots of beach towels. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes, Ron Jon surf shop 3 minutes, shops and shopping within walking distance. Great Place! We will definitely book again.

Great house. Perfect for those with toddlers too.

We loved this house. It was walking distance to the beach, and exactly as advertised. The only minor suggestion I would have is to put a lock on the interior door into the garage - but it is completely safe already because there is a lock on the exterior door into the garage. That’s just my suggestion having two toddlers - it would have been great to be able to lock that door to keep them from wandering into the garage where the washer and dryer are. But we LOVED this rental and definitely want to rent again when we’re in town next. They really thought of everything with this rental - there are rokus for every TV, super comfortable pillows and beds. And some bikes and beach toys to use. And the backyard is amazing. So great for the kids to run around in.

Everything went smoothly with the check in. The beach is just a couple minutes walk. Many great shops and places to eat within walking distance. Very pleasant neighborhood and the cottage was great. It was clean, and had all that we needed. I would highly recommend booking. It was well worth it!

Perfect Cottage By The Beach

Our family had the best spring break vacation here. The house was AMAZING! It was so clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out back and our youngest absolutely loved the hammock. The close walk to the beach was convenient. We will definitely be back!

Small & Cute

House was a little smaller than expected but everything was very clean and well kept. There were tons of beach toys in the garage that we used at the beach! The online listing appears as if theres 4 bedrooms, the same bedroom is pictured twice set up differently, which was my fault for not reading the listing and going off pictures but there was one less room than I thought there would be. Other than that, out stay was awesome! No complaints.

Family vacation

This property was awesome! The location to the beach, the layout of the house, the super comfy beds & furniture, and all the little extra details were perfect for our week there. The outdoor shower was perfect for my kids to shower in after spending time down at the beach. The washer & dryer were great to have and we appreciated all the chairs and beach toys too! We came to play in the Elite World Series baseball tournament and if we come back next year this house will be at the top of my list to rent again. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly when contacted.
