Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV and the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace. Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Enjoyed the stay. Great place with comfy beds. Neighbors were a bit loud, but turned on the white noise machine and all was good. Don’t pass this place up because it really is a great find. Will book it next time we are in Spokane.
