Welcome to the 6th Fairway Cabin! The cabin is located just a short 20 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. The property offers sleeping for 8 with 3 bedrooms, sleeping loft, and 2 baths. Located on a paved road close to gas, groceries, recreational rentals, river, and so much more. The main level features 1 bedroom accommodating 2, and a 3/4 bath. A nice open kitchen and living room area. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms accommodating 2 in each, a sleeping loft accommodating 2.

Great rental. As advertised. Part of a three day Yellowstone NP wildlife trip. Location worked out great. Plan to come back when I can fish Henry’s Fork and hopefully get on the golf course as well. Excellent home for fishing or golf outing.

First I will say the home is a lovely log cabin. Towels were old and stained, my fitted bed sheet was stained but other than that the home was clean and well stocked with necessities. However I was very disappointed with the fact that there was no air conditioning. This would have been a deal breaker had I known this but I didn’t think to ask cause for the money we paid you would think it would’ve have AC. There’s a note on the fridge saying the warm weather is only a few weeks so that’s why there’s no AC. Says to open the windows at certain times of the day. Doesn’t make sense to us. Summer is a couple of months and renters should be made comfortable no matter what time of year it is regardless if summer is not all year long. Outside temp was 80s and 90s and let me tell you it was warm in that house. The downstairs was cooler but still warm. Upstairs was brutally warm. They left fans but it doesn’t matter when it’s blowing warm air around. We had no choice but to open the windows at night only to smell skunk and to hear cars and work trucks for down the road going by early in the morning before 7 am. Opening windows at night does not cool off a home when you have to close them in the morning cause it’s very hot during the day. We have bad allergies and have ac at home and windows closed. Bottom line if you’re ok with no AC in the summer this is a good home to rent but if not do not rent.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the home wasn’t quite what you expected. We do want to clarify that the home is not advertised as having air conditioning. Our summer season in Island Park is fairly short, and we typically only experience a week or two of warmer temperatures. Even during those warmer days, evening temperatures generally drop into the 50s, so opening the windows in the evening cools the home down quickly. We appreciate your feedback and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in beautiful Island Park.

This lodging was exactly as listed and very comfortable for 6 adults. It is an easy commute to Yellowstone at a reasonable price. House was spotless and well maintained. I would recommend it highly.

Yellowstone Trip

Very nice house.Great location. Close to Yellowstone. Freezer smelled like Garlic. Several lights were out, including master bedroom, no lights in master bedroom which made the stay a little an uncomfortable. We stay there again.

Easy and convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed this property as party of 4. It is conveniently located about 25 mins from West Yellowstone, is clean and checked all the boxes for us. There is a grocery store and gas station just outside the development. The property manager was highly responsive and easy to work with. They were also helpful and flexible in rescheduling our trip due to circumstances outside our control. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Excellent location to West Yellowstone park entrance. 20 minute drive. Gas, groceries and a variety of places to eat within 5 minutes. House is set up to house 6-8 people easily. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all essential equipment and cooking items. Washer and dryer are great bonus! Two balconies and great deck overlooking golf course. Would recommend the house and host!!!

Very Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice to be all together in one place, able to do laundry, cook and eat meals together and relax! One suggestion - provide more lighting in all bedrooms…seemed very dark!

This was a very nice place for family to enjoy!

Maybe because I didn't fully read the description, I didn't know this location was on the golf course. It was a beautifully decorated cabin, very comfy and enjoyable for the whole family. We love all the deck spaces, and the location was good, away from the Yellowstone traffic, but close enough to travel to and from. Very clean and had all we needed!

Home away from home

This was a great place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. The 5 of us had comfortable rooms to sleep in and the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and packing lunches. Grocery nearby was convenient. Area was quiet overnight. We went horseback riding at Eagle Ridge ranch: the best horses and guides anywhere!

Yellowstone Shutdown

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Fairway 6. The cabin was just big enough so that everyone had their own space. This property is exactly as seen in pictures. We were there when Yellowstone shutdown, but found so many other things to do and see during our stay.

Cozy, clean and quiet

We stayed at this cabin for five nights. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, had excellent Wi-Fi internet connection, and was well equipped in the kitchen and overall. We really enjoyed our family time together and would recommend this to a small or large family!

OUTSTANDING

This is log house with all the amenities you would want. Would stay there again. It is close to West Yellowstone. To me, that is the best entrance to the National Park.
