This homes furniture is a little dated but its a spacious and quiet property without anyone above or below you. We appreciated that it had enough space for us to spread out and games to play.

We loved how spacious it was and the location was centrally located on the Sea Colony property which was great. We were within walking distance of the tennis courts, and one of the playgrounds.

Great but with some basic updates needed

Unit was clean and provided the space we needed. I loved how great the living room was. However, there were clear issues with the AC where air flow didn’t go into bedrooms unless the doors were propped open. We also noted that the laundry flooring could be better affixed. Lastly, there was an issue with the coffee machine where it leaked during our entire stay. The machine probably needs to be replaced. Great for our needs but needs a few updates.

Carpets & Cleanliness was less than adequate

Cleanliness of carpet & cabinets was LTA compared to my 11 previous visits to Sea Colony. Unit needs updated.

It’s OK

It was clean but very outdated (e.g original appliances, 32 inch TV in living room, queen bed in master, very old mattress in guest room, etc). Very basic kitchen supplies. Everything worked but for the price is a bit disappointing.

No queen for 'this' queen!

House was spacious, clean, and fairly comfortable however, it did not have the queen sized beds listed in the description. The full size beds were very uncomfortable mattresses and the headboards squeezed at the slightest movement. We didn't sleep very well the first night. Repair service out to the house was quick and efficient, as they fixed the squeeze, replaced a faulty shower head and changed out burned out light bulbs. All in all it was nice and convenient but have a comfortable mattress would have made it more restful.

House was good. Liked the layout. Didn’t know there’d be shuttle bus/trams to the beach. That was a nice bonus. Having a heated outdoor pool a 3 minute walk away was nice. 1 car garage with space to store some beach stuff too.

Great Vacation!

Lovely layout, spacious enough for six adults ( included 4 Millenials), great location to trams to beach, to fitness ctr and pools, small sized TV’s, mb window blinds old and broken, had maintenance come twice for toilet and then A/C- kitchen cooktop was not in place upon arrival required maintenance- lovely enclosed porch, kitchen ok- dining table size adequate- Would stay at another similar condo in future-
