802 Sandpiper Dunes is situated on the South side of the Sandpiper Dunes Condominium, an oceanfront building w/ outdoor pool. This 2 BR, 2 BA unit sleeps 8, not including LR sofas. The unit was recently renovated (updated) including new Kitchen, flooring, carpet, and furniture. It is chic and comfortable, with amazing ocean, city, and bay views. The primary living area includes bamboo flooring, sectional leather sofa, wide-screen Smart Ultra-HDTV. Newly carpeted BR's and newly furnished. The place is gorgeous.

Steve and Julie White grew up in the Baltimore area and met at the University of Maryland in the 1970's. They have 3 children, all grown.
Why they chose this property
We purchased our unit at Sandpiper Dunes after our first child was born with the hope of renting it and using it for vacations. We've done both since purchasing it in 1983 and we have great memories of spending time there w/ family. I've seen many beaches in my time and would argue that the Ocean City beach is one of the very best. I've not seen one that I like better.
What makes this property unique
Sandpiper Dunes on the beach at 58th Street is located 2 blocks south of the Route 90 access. A convenient mid-town location.
