Welcome to 16 Ibis Lane situated on the corner of Dune Lane which runs parallel to the beach in the North Forest Beach Area!
This 2 story beach home is located only steps from the beach. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. As you enter the home into the foyer, it has light gray wooden floors, a built-in bench seat with coat racks and a small round table that seats four. The first floor of the home has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. To the right of the entrance is the bathroom with a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. At the end of this hall is a bedroom with two queen beds, tiled floors, an accent chair and a mounted 50” Samsung TV. The sliding doors open to the pool deck. Across from the entrance is a bedroom with a full and twin bed and as well as a 32” mounted TV. There is access to a screened-in porch from this bedroom that opens up to the front yard and pool deck. The porch has a small wicker sofa and two wicker chairs, ceiling fan, a round table that seats four and a mounted 58” Roku TV. To the left of this bedroom is another bedroom with a king bed and 32” TV. This room has a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the laundry room with sink, washer and dryer.
The living room is located upstairs, along with the dining area, kitchen, a half bath and a large master suite. The living room and dining room have beautiful hardwood floors, white walls, gray and tan furnishings with lots of wood accents and beach décor. To the left of the stairs is the dining room, glass topped table that seats eight and a gorgeous oyster shell chandelier. There are two additional seats at the adjacent kitchen counter. In the fully equipped kitchen there are stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. The living area is comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. There are two tan sofas and two black swivel chairs. The 60” Samsung TV with sound bar is mounted over the fireplace. In behind the living room there is a high top table that seats four. A great place to have a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres. Behind the living room down the hall there is a ½ bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, accent chair and a mounted 50” TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with two separate vanities, a large walk-in closet, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Outside the sliding glass doors in the living room is a large screen porch with a dining area. This porch has a large table that seats six, a wicker sofa and a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
Outside the home is a private pool with a Char-Broil grill located pool side, six lounge chairs, three Adirondack chairs and two wicker chairs with a small round table. Both of the screen porches are accessible from the yard. The front yard has a white picket fence surrounding the beautifully landscaped yard and pool, which makes the yard perfect for the kids.
Coligny Plaza, also known as the Hilton Head Island's downtown area, is located only 9 blocks from the home offering shopping, dining, groceries, the local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and entertainment, there is something for everyone in the party. The home is also located only steps from the bike path. There are over 55 miles of bike paths on this pristine island.

We loved our week at 16 Ibis! The property is as beautiful as the pictures and the location is even better than we'd hoped. Being able to see the ocean from the upper level of the screened in porch was an unexpected bonus. All this plus super comfortable beds made for a perfect week.
Loved this place especially the screened porches and pool area. Roomy enough for everyone in our group. Comfortable furnishings. Very clean. Good location away from crowded beaches. Easy to access beach as it was just a short walk over the dunes. I wish it had been warmer to swim in the pool. Would love to stay again.
We couldn't get the pod/keurig pot to operate. The ice maker in the refrigerator locked up periodically.
This vacation rental had less stuff not working than any other we have rented in the past, (10 - 12+).
