Bright, cozy, and convenient cottage on a quiet street just a block away from Taylor Creek in the Beaufort historic district, with off-street parking. A short walk from shopping and great bars/restaurants on Front St., or take a stroll to the end of the street for swimming and fishing at the public dock! Very convenient to ferries that will take you to the beaches of Cape Lookout, Shackleford Banks, or Carrot Island.

Enjoy the sea breeze on the front porch swing or bask in the sunshine of the spacious fenced back yard. The house boasts an airy, open floor plan with reclaimed pine floors, a freshly renovated (2020) bathroom, well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining and living spaces with a wood-burning stove, and a sunny & quiet office space in the back of the house. Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-sized bed.
